Jason Stone is a native Bostonian, originally from Framingham, Massachusetts. After graduating from The Rivers School in Weston, he attended Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He then moved to San Francisco to work in the financial industry before moving back to Boston to attend Suffolk University Law School. After graduating with honours, Jason moved to New York City.

Before becoming a trial attorney for a midtown Manhattan law firm, they admitted Jason to Massachusetts and New York State bars. In 2002, he returned to Boston to continue working as a trial attorney before founding his own legal practice in February 2004.

Jason Stone Injury Lawyers opened two years later, twenty-five months later, Jason’s son joined the family. For 12 years, the Stones lived in Needham. In October 2020, they added a dog to the family, named Taffy Apple.
